The Muskegon Community College Softball team swept their rivals from Grand Rapids Community College over the weekend. They return to the field for a home contest with Delta College on Friday, 4/19 with first pitch at 2:00 pm.

The Jayhawk Baseball team lost the season series with rival Grand Rapids Community College over the weekend. They return to action on Monday, 4/15 with a trip to Cornerstone University to face their JV team. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 pm.

The Jayhawk Track & Field teams competed in windy conditions at Western Michigan University on Friday and Saturday, 4/12 and 4/13. They head to GVSU for the Al Owens Classic on Friday and Saturday, 4/19 and 4/20.

The Muskegon Community College men’s golf team wrapped up action at the Garn Invitational, hosted by Spring Arbor at Keene Trace Golf Club in Lexington, KY. Next up they will play Swan Lake Resort in Donaldson, IN on Friday, 4/5.

The Muskegon Community College Women’s Basketball Team lost to St. Clair County Community College 66-54 in the semi-finals of the NJCAA Region XII Tournament. MCC wraps up the 2023-2024 season with a 9-5 conference record, 16-13 overall.

The Jayhawk Men’s Basketball team closed out the 2023-2024 season with a 73-69 loss to Alpena Community College in the opening round of the NJCAA Region XII Tournament. The Jayhawks finished the 2023-2024 season with a 7-7 conference record, 11-17 overall.

The Jayhawk Wrestling Team wrapped up their season with 5 wrestlers qualifying to compete in the NJCAA National Championships in Council Bluffs, IA. Rice Robins (Holton) finished 2-2 for MCC. Also making the trip were Hunter Leonard, Joe Perez, Parker Holt and Caleb O’Neal.

The Jayhawk Men’s and Women’s Bowling teams competed at Royal Scot Lanes in Lansing, MI at the NJCAA National Championship. The Women’s Team was led by Raegan Dykstra (Fruitport).

Kyler Dean was the lone Jayhawk from the Men’s Cross Country team to compete in the NJCAA Division II National Championship in Huntsville, AL and he represented MCC in fine fashion with a 3rd place finish. He finishes the 2023-2024 season as an NJCAA All-American.
