Jayhawk 5K Run/Walk

Open to run to participants of all ages, the Jayhawk 5K is a part of the Muskegon Community College Cross Country Day at University Park Golf Course and includes a collegiate and high school invitational. Please park at Muskegon Community College or Olivet Evangelical Free Church (2175 Marquette) and walk to the course. This event is not chip-timed, but a start/end clock will be on site. The women’s course record of 17:22 was set in 2014 by Amy Crymerman. The men’s course record of 16.02 was set in 2016 by Aaron Simot. The women’s Jayhawk 5K record of 21.53 was set in 2016 by Allison Enns. The men’s Jayhawk 5K record of 18.31 was set in 2016 by Matt Jones. Pre-registration fee is $10. Registration during the day of the event is $15.
