Experience Arts and Humanities at April 15 Open House

The public will have the opportunity to experience and enjoy the MCC Arts and Humanities Department during an Open House on Wednesday, April 15, from 3:30-8 p.m. The free event includes refreshments.

Visitors can view a variety of art displays, take a self-guided tour of the Overbrook Art Gallery, view Business Ethics projects, speak with an MCC Radio student, pick up the latest edition of the student newspaper, The Bay Window, and meet with professionals from Art, Communications, Dance, Humanities, Music, Philosophy, and Theater.

The schedule of activities in the Overbrook Theater include:

  • 3:30-4 p.m. – MCC Instructor Dr. Conor Roddy will present a lecture titled “Does God Know What I’m Going to Do before I Do It?”
  • 4:15 – 4:45 p.m. – the MCC Dancers will perform dance pieces
  • 5-5:30 p.m. – the MCC Theater students perform
  • 5:45 – 6:30 p.m. – Individual musicians will perform
  • 7- 8 p.m. – MCC Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble Concert
