Ms. Rodrigues dos Santos is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Senior Analyst for Natura Cosmetics SA in Brazil. She coordinates programs for the communities surrounding the company to promote local development, negotiates with social actors, including local NGOs and public government, and is responsible for inserting gender and race variables in all CSR projects.
