Mentoring
All Muskegon Scholarship recipients are paired with a mentor. The mentor and student meet on a regular basis to make sure the student is getting the help needed and doing the work required to successfully transfer to a 4-year university.
The Muskegon Scholars program encourages all local scientists, engineers, and technologists, (including those who teach in these subject areas or retirees) to take advantage of this program by introducing these students to the fields of today and tomorrow. We understand the dire importance of encouraging more talented students to begin exploring STEM areas.
If you would like to participate in our mentoring program or provide opportunities for current mentors such as site visits or program notices, please contact Toby Moleski at 231-777-0289, toby.moleski@muskegoncc.edu.
