Helpdesk

During any given semester, the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk is available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  Between semesters the helpdesk is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.   You can contact the Helpdesk on campus at extension 351, or from off campus at (231)777-0351. The Faculty and Staff Helpdesk is also available by email at helpdesk@muskegoncc.edu.

You can also submit a help request through our online Helpdesk tool, Service Now (SNOW).  After submitting your request, you will be contacted by a Helpdesk technician via email or phone, as appropriate, to provide you with immediate assistance or to schedule a time for a technician to assist you in person. You can log in to Service Now below using your full MCC email address (including @muskegoncc.edu) and your MCC network password.
