Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), helps patients and clients with their healthcare needs. CNAs find rewarding work in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, hospice facilities, and client homes. Interacting with patients on a daily basis, CNAs gather vital information about the condition of their patients and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to develop & implement a high quality plan of care.
Combine your passion for helping people with MCC’s 8-week training program and start your new career in the health field. There are great job opportunities and prospects for long term care nursing assistants.
