Second, if you are looking for new hires you can pay for a candidate, chosen by the presenting partners, and be connected to them upon the candidates' completion of the program. MI Works funding may be available for current employees for this training.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will the selection of a candidate for my company take place if I look to hire one from the pool?

The program partners plan to implement an application and screening process to fill slots in this program covered by scholarships and company participation. Then towards the end of the training an application/interview session will be held where all participating employers will be able to interview all completing candidates. At that point, companies will be able to choose, in chronological order from the time they submitted their program registrations, the employees they feel are the best fit for them.
