CareerScope®

CareerScope® offers a broad range of career assessment measures and a user-friendly assessment interface and process. The CareerScope® assessment menu includes: a twelve-scale interest inventory, founded upon the U.S. Department of Labor's twelve interest areas (Artistic, Scientific, Plants & Animals, Protective, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Detail, Selling, Accommodating, Humanitarian, Leading/Influencing, and Physical Performing), and measures of General Learning Ability, Verbal Aptitude, Numerical Aptitude, Spatial Aptitude, Form Perception, and Clerical Perception. 

MOIS®

The Michigan Occupational Information System is the Career Resource Center's most valuable referencing tool. MOIS includes self-assessments, information on hundreds of occupations and information about almost every college and university in the United States. MOIS also has a resume creator that will assist you in making a professional resume. MOIS is available for use in the Career Resource Center Computer Lab in Room 204. The computer lab is available any time during office hours.
