For Employer/Agency Sponsors
Welcome to the Employer/Agency Sponsors webpage on the Muskegon Community College website. This page has been developed to aid human resource officers and other officials who send their employees to MCC for education or training. To make the process easy for an employer or agency to get an employee enrolled and their educational expenses billed, just follow the simple steps below. Click the "blue" link to access the necessary forms.
1. If the employee has never attended Muskegon Community College, they will need to fill out an admissions application online.
In the event the student has attended Muskegon Community College previously, but has not been attending for the past five years, they will need to complete the MCC Readmit Form.
2. The employee will need to take the MCC Placement Test (COMPASS). The testing can be taken at the Testing Center on campus by calling (231) 777-0394. If there are a group of ten or more employees who are seeking to enter the college from your company, arrangements can be made to offer the test at your site. The test takes approximately two hours.
3. The student and the human resource officer need to complete the Employer/Agency Sponsor Authorization Form. This form can be completed using a computer. Please print the form. It is imperative for both the employee and the authorizing company official to sign it. Fax, mail or deliver the completed forms to:
