More About Me

  • Coaching Experience:

    Brent has had experience at almost every level of the game from youth ages to semi professional. As a player growing up, he had the opportunity to compete against some of the highest ranking soccer clubs throughout the state of Michigan. As a coach and trainer, his passion and love for the game goes uncontested. Brent holds a USSF “B" license, and a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and has worked with some of the best teams and players (ranging from Select-National League).

  • Coaching at MCC:

    After taking over the as head coach in 2017, the Jayhawks improved dramatically from a 5-10 finish that first season to capture the 2018 Region XII championship and become one of only 12 teams nationally to compete in the NJCAA national championship in Florida. The 2018 Jayhawks finished 12-4.

  • Has the only year round training program which is soccer specific along the Lakeshore
  • Is a huge Chelsea fan. Go Blues!
  • Currently have three players in Division 1 soccer working their way to the MLS draft.
  • He and his wife, Brontè, have a son, Weston, and a daughter, Phoebe.
