Reeths-Puffer High School and Middle School 20+ years in track and cross country. Whitehall High School three years in cross-country. Coached 20+ All-State individual athletes, Over 30 conference and county team championships.
- Coaching at MCC:
Restarted the Jayhawk cross country Program in 2010-2011. Qualified both men's teams and one women's team for the NJCAA nationals. Coached two All-Americans.
- Three-time NJCAA All-American while competing in track and cross country at Southwestern Michigan CC
