The Jayhawk Men’s Basketball Team lost to #6 ranked Macomb Community College 107-47 on the opening night of the Skippers New Years Classic.

Macomb took advantage of 11 Muskegon turnovers in the first half and the Jayhawks couldn’t stop the Monarch’s hot start as they shot 68% from the floor. Muskegon trailed 52-19 at the half and they were not able to cut into the lead in the second half. Jadakiss Lewis (Kalamazoo Central) was the top point getter for the Jayhawks with 12 points.

The Jayhawks face host St. Clair County Community College on Saturday, 1/6 at 5:00 pm.
