The Muskegon Community College Men’s Soccer team wrapped up the regular season with a 2-1 victory at Ancilla College in Donaldson, IN.

MCC opened the scoring with a goal from Jake Wright (UK) in the 3rd minute off a through ball from Will Edwards (Australia). The two teams continued to compete hard but neither team would score again in the first half. In the 75th minute, Mauricio Chong (Mexico) dribbled from MCC’s own half, through multiple players and the goalkeeper to pass the ball into the net. Ancilla scored their only goal 2 minutes later and both teams missed on multiple changes for the 2-1 final.

MCC wrapped up the regular season with a 9-3-2 record. They open play of the NJCAA Regional Tournament on Saturday, 10/29 at 1:30 pm with a rematch against Ancilla College at St. Clair County Community College.
