The 13th ranked Jayhawk Women’s Soccer team dropped the opening game of the 2023-2024 campaign on the road to #7 ranked Schoolcraft College by a score of 2-0.

Schoolcraft opened the scoring in the 26th minute and added an insurance goal in the 55th minute. Grace Caywood (Zeeland West) made 8 superb saves for MCC while the midfield and defense did a great job at keeping possession and applying pressure to keep the game close, but couldn’t get on the board.

The Jayhawks return to action with a road game at #4 ranked Delta College on Wednesday, 8/23 at 4:30 pm.
