Your Jayhawk Women’s Soccer team earned a tie with visiting St. Clair County Community College, 1-1.

Saidee Raap (Oakridge) scored her 5th goal of the season 2 minutes into the contest after a strong connection between Lainey Canan (Zeeland East) and Iris Herald (Reeths-Puffer). Unfortunately, the Jayhawks weren’t able to find the back of the net again and gave up a late goal in the second half for the tie.

MCC is 4-1-1 on the season and they now turn their attention to Saturday, 9/24 when they hit the road to visit Schoolcraft College. Kickoff is at 2:00 pm.
