Volleyball at Bay College
The Jayhawk Volleyball team posted a 3-1 victory over Bay College to open their northern trip. Set scores were 25-18, 25-12, 26-26, 25-16. The continued on to face Alpena Community College on Saturday.

Volleyball at Montcalm Community College
The Jayhawk Volleyball team won on the road at Montcalm Community College, 3-0. Scores were 25-18, 25-21, 25-21. MCC is now 7-2 in conference play and 12-16 overall. They host a 6 team invitational on Sunday, 10/15 with scheduled games against KVCC at 10:00 am and Oakland CC at noon at Mona Shores High School. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students/seniors.

On Sunday the Jayhawk Volleyball team hosted 5 teams for the Jayhawk Invitational at Mona Shores High School. MCC finished the day 2-0 with wins over Kalamazoo Valley Community College 3-1 and the Olivet College JV team 3-0. The Jayhawk Volleyball team won their opening match at the NJCAA Region XII Tournament by a 3-2 score over Southwestern Michigan College before dropping game 2 to Edison State Community College, 3-2. Play continues on Friday, 11/3 at 1:00 vs. North Central Michigan College.
