    Pitching Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator - Lincoln Trail College Robinson, IL. 2018 Season pitching staff finished #15 in the nation in ERA with all pitchers moving on to 4 year university. 2019 Season pitching staff finished in the top 20 in the country in all major pitching categories, with all pitchers moving on to 4 year university. Associate Head Coach/Pitching Coach for the Cortland Crush (Cortland, NY) in the NYCBL. Pitching coach at Dawson CC in Glendive, MT. Pitching staff ranked in the Top 10 in ERA, Strikeouts and walks in the country.

  • Coaching at MCC:

    Coach Glant enters his fourth year as head coach of the Jayhawk baseball program in 2023.

    In the first full season under Glant, the Jayhawks recorded 6 wins over top 10 teams, including #1 Lansing. 11 Players were named to the MCCAA All Conference teams, including standout Jared Evans who was also named a NJCAA All American. Jayhawks finished #1 in the country with a .370 Team batting average and ranked nationally in many other offensive categories. 14 players moved on to the 4-year level from the 2021 team.

    In the shortened 2020 season, Glant led the Jayhawks to a 6-8 record overall. Jayhawks recorded wins over the #8 team in the country.

    In the 2022-2023 season, the team broke the school record in stolen bases with 152. They had 5 players awarded post season MCCAA honors and 9 players awarded NJCAA Academic honors. All 6 sophomore players have committed to continue their college careers at 4-year intitutions.
