- On-site contact for event
- Event date(s) and event start and end time
- Approximate number of guests
- Approximate number of rooms requesting (including break-out spaces)
- Proposed agenda (if available)
- Needing catering service for your event? You may choose a vendor of your choice.
Please note the following:
Normal operating hours are Monday-Thursday.
Any events scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays will be charged overtime fees.
Custodial Services (applies to all events Friday-Saturday) – $65 per hour for overtime fees (minimum of 3 hours). If the event runs into Sunday, the overtime fee will be $80.00 per hour.
Information Technology assistance on Friday-Sunday, there is a charge of $120 per hour for overtime fees (minimum of 2 hours).
Sundays and Holidays: MCC is closed on Sundays and nationally-recognized holidays. We are also closed on selected University holidays.
