Tickets, which go on sale Wednesday, April 5, are $10 for the general public and $5 for MCC students and children under 12 years of age. For more information, please contact the MCC Overbrook Box Office at (231) 777-0324.

Muskegon Dance Movement, under the artistic direction of MCC Dance Coordinator Melissa Brunsting, includes MCC students Lexi Andersen, Emily Baldwin, Caia Dibble, Hannah Erdman, Dani Goodyke, Micala Jefferson, Erin Scott and Kaysie Stark.

“I strive to make dance a part of the culture in our city, and center my choreography around that goal as much as possible,” explained Brunsting, who grew up in Western New York before earning a Bachelor’s in Dance from Hope College.

“We will be presenting both new and revisited works this year. The dance works range from socially conscious to musically driven. This year we will be including a Talk-Back session between the company and our audience following each performance.”
