Fab Lab Open House Internal Shot

The public is invited to MCC’s Lakeshore Fab Lab for an Open House on Thursday, November 10 from 4:30 pm to 7 pm. Individuals of all ages are welcome to visit the creative maker space to watch 3D printers, learn about equipment, enjoy refreshments, and enter to win prizes.

Open to hobbyists, entrepreneurs, and anyone in between, the Fab Lab is a maker space for anyone looking to participate in creative projects from 3D printing to laser etching. The space also regularly hosts public classes to create seasonal projects such as tailgate glasses and holiday ornaments.

The Lakeshore Fab Lab is located inside MCC’s Rooks|Sarnicola Entrepreneur Institute in Downtown Muskegon. Directly attached to the Fab Lab is MCC’s Sturrus Technology Center, home to cutting-edge applied technology classrooms and laboratories for automation, robotics, welding, electrical, foundry, alternative energy, engineering and CAD.
