MY BACKGROUND

  • Hometown: Battle Creek, MI
  • High School: St. Phillip Catholic Central
  • Professional Experience: I have had the privilege of teaching English and Literature courses for over 10 years and have been with Muskegon Community College since 2015. After teaching and designing courses online for over ten years, it was exciting to be back in the classroom.
I enjoy sharing my love of language and literature on a daily basis with students. I revel in the challenge of reaching students through literature and hope to help each of them become deep thinkers and ultimately, better human beings.

  • Classes Taught: ENG231 – Women’s’ Literature, ENG 102 – English Composition, ENG 101 – English Composition, CSS – College Success Seminar
