Request For Proposals: High-Fidelity Manikin
Muskegon Community College (MCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a high-fidelity medical training manikin, along with all required accessories, software, shipping, installation, and on-site training. The manikin must simulate realistic patient behaviors and conditions, including conversational speech, spontaneous breathing, seizures, palpable pulses, CPR feedback, and other clinical features. Vendors are also expected to supply supporting equipment such as a tablet with preloaded software, a bedside monitor, and scenario-based training materials. The goal is to enhance MCC’s healthcare education programs through advanced simulation technology.
Proposals are due by June 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and must follow specific submission guidelines, including detailed pricing, vendor qualifications, references, and required certifications. MCC outlines a structured evaluation and selection process, with the possibility of presentations or interviews before a final vendor is chosen. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and emphasizes that all communications during the bidding process must go through the designated RFP coordinator.
