If you would like to attend MCC, you will need to complete an admissions application. Please see the admissions checklist to ensure you are completing all steps. Classes begin at three points in the year:
- Fall Semester (August)
- Winter Semester (January)
- Summer Semester (May)
(Please be aware that some classes on campus, such as Continuing Education do not necessarily begin with the regular starting date of each semester.)
If you have attended Muskegon Community College in the past and you would like to return to complete classes to earn a degree and/or certification please complete the application as a returning student.

In order to make sure you start on the right foot in your college experience, our Early College mentors have created a special orientation & welcome just for you.
