10-Minute Play Festival

Experience the excitement of live theater at the 10-Minute Play Festival on April 17th at 7:00 PM in the Overbrook Theater. This international competition brings together playwrights from across the globe, each presenting a 10- to 15-page play in a live staged reading. The top five finalists will compete for a $100 prize and the opportunity to have their work published in River Voices.

Playwrights wishing to participate can submit up to two plays for a $10 fee per play by February 14th to sigmakappadelta@muskegoncc.edu, with payment via PayPal to @SeanColcleasure. This year’s theme is Centennial, and all submissions should adhere to the required page length.

Audience members will enjoy a night of creativity and performance while supporting the Muskegon Community College Theater Program and contributing to the JayHawk Hub Food Pantry. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness original works brought to life on stage and celebrate the talents of emerging playwrights.
