MCC Operating Millage Restoration Proposal Town Hall Meeting
Community members are invited to attend an informational town hall to learn more about Muskegon Community College’s proposed Operating Millage Restoration Proposal which will appear on the August 4, 2026 ballot in Muskegon County.
The event will take place, Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Overbrook Theater on MCC’s Main Campus, located at 221 S. Quarterline Rd., Muskegon, MI., 49442.
During the session, MCC leaders will provide an overview of the college’s funding structure, explain why the proposal is being considered, and discuss how the additional revenue would support student success, workforce development, and campus operations.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation, providing residents with an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the proposal.
The event is free and open to the public.
