Muskegon Community College (MCC) is proud to announce the launch of its newest marketing campaign which is set to turn heads and challenge how the public perceives community colleges. With a vision to be taken seriously, MCC is ready to empower individuals to achieve their dreams and make a significant leap in their educational journey.

The new campaign, which debuts Tuesday, May 30, aims to break away from traditional marketing approaches and uses louder, more unexpected language. By adopting headlines such as “Make Your Friends Jealous,” “Make Your Familia Proud,” and “Make Your Boss Notice,” MCC seeks to capture the attention of prospective students and showcase the transformative power of education in their lives.

“We understand that education is not just about gaining knowledge but also about personal growth, empowerment, and creating a brighter future,” said Kristin Tank, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. “With this campaign, we want to challenge individuals to envision a better version of themselves, to dream big, and to take that next important step in their education.”

This campaign is designed to be inclusive and resonate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life situations. By emphasizing the personal benefits and impact of education, MCC aims to break down barriers and inspire community members who may have previously felt hesitant or overlooked in pursuing higher education.

“Community college is a big deal with serious benefits, and we are ready for this new campaign to shine a positive light on our school and our students,” emphasized Tank.
