MCC 101 For Homeschool Students and Families

Muskegon Community College is opening its doors to prospective homeschooled students and their families for an informative evening on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The event, scheduled from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Main Campus Blue and Gold Room, aims to provide attendees with insights into the various opportunities available at the institution.

Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with Admissions Representatives, and gain information on the college’s programs and application process. Moreover, the event will shed light on the Dual Enrollment program, offering high school students the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school. Additionally, details about the Homeschool & Muskegon Promise partnership will be provided, outlining avenues for eligible students to access higher education.

One of the highlights of the evening includes guided tours of the campus, enabling participants to explore the college’s facilities and get a feel for the campus environment firsthand. Moreover, attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by knowledgeable staff members, ensuring that they leave the event with a clear understanding of what Muskegon Community College has to offer.
