The Jayhawk Track and Field had a great day at Grand Valley State University on Saturday, 2/10.

MCC finished with 33 collegiate prs, 3 school records, 2 top 20 nationals marks and a top 10 national mark. Kyler Dean (Vicksburg) set a new school record in the mile run with a 4:14 which places him in the top 20 for NJCAA Division 1. Bryce Turner (Stow, OH) set a new school record in the 400m (:48). Turner was also part of the Distance Medley Team that raced to a #9 spot in the nation and qualified them to compete in the NJCAA Nationals at the University of Florida. Also on that team are Daniel Gomez (Mexico), William Ripple (North Muskegon) and Dean.
