NLRB Examiner to Speak at Labor Studies Series Talk

What are your rights at work? What are “unfair labor practices”? Have you committed one?

Find out at the Muskegon Community College Labor Studies Lecture Series on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 6 p.m. in Stevenson Center Room 1100. The talk is free and open to the public.

Andrew Hampton, a Field Examiner with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Chicago, will discuss the duties of his organization, legal definitions, the process of certifying or decertifying union representation, workers’ rights, employers’ rights, representation elections, and much more.
