They Jayhawk Baseball team dropped a 6-0 decision to PSU Shenango.

MCC hitters only managed 3 hits for the game; Tanner Tresemer (Zeeland East) was 1-2 with a walk and Brandon Butkus (Allendale) and Brock Thornton (Coldwater) were both 1-3. Christian Hoffman (Heritage) got the start and worked 5 innings, giving up 5 hits and no walks in a strong performance. The Jayhawks were hurt by 3 defensive miscues.

The Jayhawks early season record is 1-4. They will hit the road for a game on Friday, 3/15 at Lakeshore High School against Kellogg Community College. First pitch is scheduled for noon.
