The Jayhawk Men’s Basketball team lost to the visitors from St. Clair County Community College 93-55.
MCC sophomore Jacob May (Ravenna) was able to return to the lineup in a limited role, but the team continues to play shorthanded. The Jayhawks were cold from the floor, shooting only 31% in the first half and SC4 was able to take advantage of great ball movement and rebounding. MCC trailed 46-27 at the half and the Skippers stayed in control throughout the 2nd half for the victory. Benjamin Clark (Potter’s House) was a bright spot for MCC with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.
MCC is 2-2 in the non-conference portion of their schedule. They travel to Kalamazoo Valley Community College for a 7:30 pm tip off on Wednesday, 11/29.
