The Muskegon Community College Men’s Soccer team lost to Grand Rapids Community College by a final of 2-0.

GRCC scored their first goal at the 1:57 mark off a throw in then added a second goal before half time. Although the Jayhawks had a number of good chances to score, they couldn’t find the back of the net.

MCC is now 5-3-1 in conference play and 8-4-1 overall. They wrap up the regular season with a trip to Cuyahoga Community College on Saturday, 10/21. Game time is noon. Based on their 18 points in Region XII they team has qualified to compete at the NJCAA Region XII Championships at St. Clair County Community College October 10/28-29/23.
