MCC’s Third Annual “All-Class” Reunion will take place on Saturday Oct. 5, 2013 from 3-7 p.m. in Collegiate Hall. The event will feature a buffet-style dinner, entertainment, archive displays, and shows from the newly renovated all-digital planetarium. Tours of the MCC campus and its natural areas will be offered, and the Overbrook Art Gallery will be open for viewing.
“The popularity of ReunionFest grows every year,” said Julie Weller, MCC Alumni Relations Manager. “All alumni are welcome to attend. This year’s theme focuses on the history of our esteemed nursing program, starting from the very beginning when the Hackley School of Nursing held classes here.”
This year’s focus will be on the MCC nursing program will include special archive items on display, and nursing alumni are also offered a free Pain Management CE class at 2 p.m. that afternoon. Call (231) 777-0461 to participate.
“We’ve got a wonderful archive exhibit, great food, gifts for attendees, and a special presentation on MCC’s nursing program. ReunionFest is a great opportunity to reconnect with friends and former classmates, no matter when you attended,” said Weller.
