IBEX: The Interstellar Boundary Mission explores the exciting IBEX space mission which seeks to answer the question where does the solar system end and interstellar space begin. This is an ongoing mission with new results every day. This visually impressive program reviews knowledge of our place in the universe before IBEX, the mission objectives, and some preliminary results. The 40-minute presentation includes the sky show followed by a brief tour of the night sky.
The free shows are held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights in the Carr Fles Planetarium on the MCC campus.
