The Jayhawk Baseball team split a doubleheader with Schoolcraft College. They lost the opener 10-4 but bounced back for a 8-5 victory in game 2. They travel to Alpena for a 4 game set with the Lumberjacks on Friday, 4/26 and Saturday, 4/27. First pitch on Friday is 2:00 pm.

The Muskegon Community College Men’s Golf team captured second place in their own invitational played at Stonegate Golf Course. GRCC finished 1st with a 322, MCC shot 329. The Jayhawks return to action on Friday at the Montcalm Community College Invitational.

The Muskegon Community College Women’s Basketball Team lost to St. Clair County Community College 66-54 in the semi-finals of the NJCAA Region XII Tournament. MCC wraps up the 2023-2024 season with a 9-5 conference record, 16-13 overall.

The Jayhawk Men’s Basketball team closed out the 2023-2024 season with a 73-69 loss to Alpena Community College in the opening round of the NJCAA Region XII Tournament. The Jayhawks finished the 2023-2024 season with a 7-7 conference record, 11-17 overall.

Kyler Dean was the lone Jayhawk from the Men’s Cross Country team to compete in the NJCAA Division II National Championship in Huntsville, AL and he represented MCC in fine fashion with a 3rd place finish. He finishes the 2023-2024 season as an NJCAA All-American.
