The Jayhawk Baseball Team lost their game vs. Salem Community College 12-4.

Trevor Garrett (Clarkston) was the starting pitcher for MCC; he worked 3 innings, gave up 3 hits and 2 runs with 5 strikeouts and 2 walks. Dayton Thomas (Ravenna), Carter Hughes (Zeeland West) and Gabe Schooltz (Comstock Park) each picked up a hit. Brett Hunter (Kelloggsville) picked up an RBI and Thomas stole 2 bases.

The Jayhawks end their spring trip with a 1-5 record. They return to action back in their home state on Friday, 3/15 with a trip to Lakeshore High School to face Kellogg Community College. First pitch is 12:00 pm.
