Inclusive Leadership Academy seeks to train, and empower professional adults of color, and ultimately be a link for them to serve on prospective boards through the introduction of community resources and support. This program is designed to promote grassroots leaders and young professionals with the intent of creating a pipeline for diversity and inclusion on area boards and committees. The cost is $100.00.
