MCC will be hosting a Financial Aid Night on Jan. 29 for prospective students wishing to learn more about how to qualify for financial aid, scholarships, and other grants. Enrollment Services representatives will be on hand to answer questions. The event, which is free, takes place from 6-7:30 p.m. in Stevenson Center Room 1100. Participants must pre-register by calling the MCC Enrollment Services Office at (231) 777-0366.

All Muskegon Community College locations will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. However, the MCC Introduction to World War II seminar on the German Blitzkreig will be held on Monday night at the USS Silversides Museum.

The 28th Muskegon Community College Years of Service Luncheon was held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Blue and Gold Room.  Sponsored by the President’s Office, the event recognized 20 MCC employees who in 2013 celebrated a five-year anniversary employment date.
