Parade magazine readers voted Muskegon Community College’s 2013 Commencement speeches by David Langlois and Sgt. Robert Bowyer among the Top 10 best student graduation addresses in the nation. The competition was part of Parade’s Own the Speaker’s Corner contest.

On July 3, Gov. Snyder signed a supplemental appropriations bill that authorizes Muskegon Community College to develop planning documents for a 25,000-square-foot science laboratory and the renovation of 20,000 square feet of existing science facilities.
