The purpose of this organization is to promote the metal castings as a career choice for students upon completion of their degrees. The AFS also provides students with education and information on technology, marketing, management, human resources, and research as it relates to the manufacturing of metal castings, including knowledge of the suppliers and businesses which relate to this industry.
