The Jayhawk Women’s Basketball team dropped a close game to Macomb Community College 64-60 in the opening round of the Skippers New Years Classic at St. Clair County Community College. The Jayhawk Women’s Basketball team opened conference play with a 63-41 victory over the visiting Delta College Pioneers. The Jayhawk Women’s Basketball team defeated the North Central College Timberwolves 76-43 at Bartels Rode Gymansium. MCC grabbed the lead right off the opening tip and never looked back. The Jayhawk Women’s Basketball team defeated Alpena Community College 78-50 in a rescheduled game in Alpena, MI.
